Can you find them?

Hidden Packages can be found throughout the game, and finding all 100 of them is necessary to beat 100% of the game. The rewards and locations are listed below.  If you have any problems finding any of them, you can wait until we upload screenshots of all the packages.  Hopefully it won't be too long...
