Mike
“Lips” Last Lunch
Mission
Brief
I got a little job for you pal.
The Forelli brothers have owed me money for too long and they
need to be taught some respect. Lips Forelli is stuffing his
fat face in StMarks Bistro, so steal his car and take it to
8-Ball’s bomb shop up in Harwood.
You know 8-Ball, right?
Once he’s fitted it with a bomb, go park the car where you
found it. Then sit back and watch the whole show. But hurry
up, he won’t be eating forever.
Hints
Go to the diner where Mike is eating, and pick up his
Stallion. Head for the “8” on your radar and drive into
the garage, where the car will be outfitted with a bomb. Be
careful not to crash the car, as the distance between
8-Ball’s and the Diner is not very far and the
Pay’n’Spray is. Park the car where you found it, in the
blue marker, set the bomb with O or Left Control, and leave. A
cutscene will show Mike leaving the diner and the car will
explode.
Reward
$10,000
Farewell
“Chunky” Lee Chong
Mission
Brief
Chunky Lee Chong is pushing spank for some new gang from
Colombia... or Colorado... or something.... Im not really
sure.
Who needs details anyway.
That rat has sold his last stirfry. I want you to take him
out! Sort yourself with a nine, you know where it is, right?
Well remember, just watch your back in ChinaTown, its Triad
territory.
Hints
There are several ways of killing Chunky Lee Chong. He is in
an alleyway that does not allow you to enter in a car, so you
can’t run him over. As soon as the shooting starts, he will
run (the white figure with the blue arrow over his head) to
his getaway cars, black cars parked outside the alley. You can
blow these cars up beforehand, so he can’t drive away, or
take them to 8-Ball’s Autoyard and have them outfitted with
bombs so he will blow up upon entering. The other option is to
go to the alley, with a weapon, and just try to shoot him.
Triad members will shoot back, but don’t worry about them.
If your car is parked nearby and your health is high, you can
shoot Chong, take some fire, and still survive.
Reward
$10,000
Van
Heist
Mission
Brief
Alright, we’re gonna hit the payrole van.
It leaves the edge of Chinatown everyday. Bullets won’t even
dent the van’s armor, so get a car and ram it off the road.
Now hit it hard and the punkass security guards should bail.
Then take it to the warehouse at the docks and my guys are
gonna take over from there.
Now it won’t be doin its rounds all day, so don’t hang
around.
Hints
As long as you have a faster car than the van you’re trying
to steal, go for as sturdy a car you can find. The linerunner
(located at the docks) is good, and the Patriot’s
combination of speed and power make it ideal. As soon as you
hit the car, your wanted level will be raised to 3 stars, so
make the first hit count. Don’t worry about the cops. After
the damage meter on the top of the screen is full, the men
inside the van will jump out. Don’t hit the van after they
leave or it will blow up. Jump out of your car and into the
van, and head toward the marker (a garage at the docks). At
that point your wanted level will disappear.
Reward
$20000
Capriani’s
Chauffeur
Mission
Brief
Oh! Here’s the guy I was telling you about!
Alright listen. This guy ain’t Italian and he’s no
mechanic but he can get things fixed.
This is Pops Capo, Toni Cipriani. Take him to Momma’s
restaurant at St. Marks, alright.
Now listen to me, I’m planning a job that needs a good
driver so drop by sometime later Ok?
Hints
Get a car and take Capriani over to the Laundromat. After a
few seconds, there will be some gunfire, and Toni will come
running out. Some Triads will chase you, but not many. You can
head to Momma’s Restaurant without worrying too much about
them. Drop Toni off at the restaurant.
Reward
$3000
Dead
Skunk in the Trunk
Mission Brief
Alright, just the guy I need to talk to! Alright, there’s a
car stuffed with a stiff at the cafe near Callahan Point.
One of the Forellis thought he was a wise guy, so he got what
he had coming to him.
Take the corpse to the crusher in Harwood, alright?
Hints
Two things make this mission difficult- the two sedans, on
either side of the car you have to pick up, with the Forelli
brothers. As soon as you get into the car, you’ll notice
that they start chasing you. To avoid this, you can get rid of
the Forelli cars first with a weapon or a stronger car, and
then take a free ride down to the car crusher. Otherwise, you
can just get in the car and make a run for it. This
shouldn’t be too hard; you can outrun them relatively
easily. Park inside the yellow lines, move out of the way, and
watch the car being lifted and crushed.
Reward
$10000
The
Getaway
Mission
Brief
Alright, listen. Get some wheels to the safehouse at St. Marks
and pick up a few friends of mine.
They’re hitting a bank and they need a driver. I gave my
word that you were the man, so don’t screw this up. Get them
to the bank before five o’clock, not a minute after.
Hints
Get a fast, strong car, and head over to pick up the robbers.
(Honk your horn with L3 or Shift) Drive them over to the bank
and let them go work. Only one or two will return, and after
entering the car, you’ll be wanted. You can’t drop the
robbers of first; you have to get rid of your wanted level.
There is an alley off the road the bank is on that separates
Chinatown and the Red Light District with a police bribe. You
can get this so the cops will not be as bothersome, and then
you will have an easier ride to the Pay’n’Spray. If you
make it, your wanted level will be erased, so no cops will
harass you as you drop off your “clients.”
Reward
$30,000
