- Is
there a secret "Fourth Island"
- Is
it possible to steal an FBI car?
- How
can I get some of my health back?
- How
do I get a bulletproof car?
- What
do I have to do to complete 100% of the game?
There has been a lot of dispute about this.
Few claim to have seen the island, and those who claim
to have say that it is only a "ghost
island," with no people and no solid ground.
If it does exist, it is available only by plane, and
does not become available after the completion of the
entire game.
It is possible to steal an FBI car, though it is
quite difficult. There are two kinds- roadblock
cars, which are gray and don't have people in them,
and black cars, which chase you and contain four
heavily armored and highly trained agents. It is
much easier to steal the roadblock car. You must
first have five felony stars, which you can get by
killing people (especially cops), or using the raise
wanted level cheat (click
here for cheats), which raises your wanted level
by two stars each time. If you want to steal a
car, it is best to do so when you have five stars, so
there are no tanks. After getting in the car
(which is easier said than done), it can be sprayed or
the lower wanted level cheat can be used.
It is easiest, however, to use the lower wanted level
before stealing the car, so you are not pursued by
police. Another possible way, which is much
easier, is to blow up and FBI car, get rid of your
wanted level (any way), and then push the remains of
the car to your hideout. When you reopen the
garage, it should be repaired.
There are several ways to get health back. At
hospitals, there are hearts that, when obtained, will
bring your health to 100 (you don't want to get them
with health higher than 100, it will lower your
health). Ambulances, found at hospitals and
wandering the streets, provide 20 health after you
step our of them. There are also hookers,
located throughout the game but most common in the
less classy, poor parts of Liberty City, like in
Portland's Red Light District. Stop next to one
of these women in a car not belonging to law
enforcement officials, preferably one that looks
decent, and wait for her to enter. Then drive to
a secluded area, and wait for the prostitute to work
her magic. Your health will be raised, but at a
price. You can easily kill her when she gets out
of the car to get your money back.
There are several bulletproof cars,
which will not explode but will be damaged in crashes
and can be turned over. When you compete in
Turismo races, the cars you race are bulletproof.
You can block the road with tanks or simply wait for a
cheetah (the car you race) to turn over or stop.
Without letting it out of your site, you can take it
to your hideout. Because you can't get in, the
only thing to do is push it. Once inside the
garage, the car will be repaired, driveable, and
bulletproof. After completing the Marked Man
mission, you will be rewarded with a bulletproof
Patriot. The limo in Salvatore Called a Meeting
is bulletproof, and you can take it after beating the
mission. In the Van Heist mission, once you get
the Securicar (which is bulletproof), you can take it
to your hideout rather than completing the mission.
If you hope to save, you have to lose the mission
first. In the Evidence Dash mission, you can
flip over the Bobcat by hitting it, and can have it
after taking it to your garage. In the Arms
Shortage mission, the Barracks OL is bulletproof, but
not at other times. You can take it to your
garage. Please e-mail
if any of these do not work or to submit information
about additional bulletproof cars.

beat all of the game. They are as follows:
